2. Free Trial Policy

Pixperry offers a free website development service and a starter hosting plan for a 2-month trial period. This includes:

1 custom website (selected from pre-built templates)
Starter hosting (with limited bandwidth and storage)

After the trial:

Hosting will end unless upgraded to a paid plan.
You'll receive an expiration notice 5 days in advance.
Inactive trial websites may be removed after 7 days.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the service, including (but not limited to):

Distributing unlawful or harmful content
Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform
Sharing login access

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Website templates, code, and infrastructure provided during the trial remain the property of Pixperry. Unauthorized use, distribution, or resale is prohibited without prior permission.

5. Termination and Suspension

Pixperry reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or services if:

You violate any of these Terms
You misuse or exploit the free trial system
Your actions threaten the security or functionality of our platform

6. Limitations of Liability

Pixperry is not responsible for any losses, damages, or data issues resulting from use of the free service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or error-free operations during the trial.
